Camping
What are the arrival and departure times for the campsite?

Dagelijks kun je aankomen en vertrekken. Op aankomstdag ben je welkom vanaf 13.00 uur. Op vertrekdag dien je van de kampeerplaats vertrokken te zijn uiterlijk om 10.30 uur. Wanneer je eerder wil aankomen dan 13.00 uur neem dan de dag voor aankomst telefonisch contact met ons op. Wellicht is de plaats niet bezet geweest en kun je al eerder op de camping terecht.

What are the additional costs?

We charge a booking fee and tourist tax. If you bring a pet, there will be an additional charge. If you are travelling with more than two people, you will be charged a nightly surcharge of €3 per person per night for each additional person aged 4 years and older.

When and how should I pay for my camping pitch?

Wanneer je een kampeerplaats hebt geboekt via Landgoed ’t Wildryck dan gelden de volgende betalingsvoorwaarden. Een aanbetaling 25% binnen 2 weken na reservering, restantbetaling 75% 6 weken voor aankomst.

Can I cancel my camping holiday?

If you are unable to take your holiday at one of our camping pitches, you can cancel your booking. We apply the cancellation fees in accordance with the Recron terms and conditions. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you may be able to recover the costs from your insurer.

Can I check out late from my camping pitch?

If the place is not reoccupied on the day of departure, it is possible to leave later. However, there are costs associated with this.

Is late check-in possible at a camping pitch?

Check-in is possible on Mondays and Fridays until 5 p.m., and on other days until 1 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of opening hours, please inform us in advance.

May I bring a party tent or an additional tent?

One small additional tent of no more than 6m² may be placed on the camping pitch. Party tents are not permitted.

Am I allowed to barbecue at the campsite?

Due to our location in nature, it is not permitted to barbecue with open flames or charcoal. Electric barbecues or skottelbraais are permitted.

What are the arrival and departure times for the accommodations?
  • Weekend: Friday 3 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m.
  • Midweek: Monday 3 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
  • Week: Friday 3 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
  • Week Monday 3 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m.
  • During holiday periods, arrival and departure days may vary.

What are the mandatory additional costs?

For cleaning, reservation, tourist tax and bed linen. If applicable: a pet. Please refer to the price list in your booking overview.

Optionally, towels, kitchen linen, beds made on arrival and children's furniture can be booked.

What are the mandatory additional costs?

For country houses and chalets, you pay 40% 14 days after booking and 60% 35 days before arrival. If you have booked through one of our partners, the partner's terms and conditions apply.

Can I cancel my rental accommodation?

If your holiday in one of our rental accommodations cannot go ahead, you can cancel the booking. For cancelling a booking, we apply the cancellation fees in accordance with the Recron terms and conditions. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you may be able to recover the costs from this. 

Can I indicate preferences when making a reservation?

Yes, one or more preferences can be specified for various facilities in the search & book section.

All country houses are non-smoking and some are also pet-free.

Is children's furniture available?

Yes, you can reserve a cot (excluding bed linen), high chair and playpen.

Is children's furniture available?

In case of medical reasons, late check-out is often possible, until 11:30 a.m. at the latest. If the accommodation will not be occupied again on the same day, an extra day can be booked at a night rate.

Do I need to bring my own linen?

No, you do not need to bring your own linen. Guests aged 3 years and older are required to purchase this from us.

I have rented accommodation but have not yet received a booking confirmation. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our reception desk at info@wildryck.nl or call 0521-591 207, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is late check-in possible?

Check-in is possible until 5 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 5 p.m., please let us know in advance. We will then discuss with you where you can collect the key to your booked accommodation.

What do the service charges entail?

The service charges consist of booking fees and cleaning fees.

General questions
When is the park open?

You can enjoy a holiday at 't Wildryck all year round, except on New Year's Day when the restaurant and reception are closed.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant and snack bar?

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?

Reservations are required for special occasions. If you want to be sure of a place or are coming with a large group, it is best to make a reservation. Of course, you are always welcome to just drop in. Reservations can be made via horeca@wildryck.nl or by calling 0521-594679.

Is there WiFi at the park?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the main building, in all holiday homes and on the camping fields.

Can I hold a party at 't Wildryck?

Yes, you can host a party in our restaurant or in the meeting room. Reservations can be made by calling 0521 – 59 46 79 or by emailing horeca@wildryck.nl. For more information, please click here.

Is there a recreation team?

Yes, during the school holidays there is a morning activity programme for children up to the age of 8. More information about the activities or the schedule for the upcoming holidays can be found here. We also regularly organise fun activities for everyone, so keep an eye on our social media.

Who can use the swimming pool?

It is free of charge for guests who have checked in at the reception desk of Landgoed 't Wildryck. The swimming pool is also accessible to visitors from the surrounding area for an entrance fee.

Who can use the swimming pool?

Of course you can. It is important, however, that you choose accommodation where pets are welcome. You can filter for this and indicate your preference during the booking process.

Pets are welcome at the campsite. A maximum of two pets per pitch are permitted.

What should we do when guests/day visitors come to stay?

Guests/visitors who stay overnight must always be reported. When staying in accommodation, it is mandatory to purchase bed linen and pay tourist tax. When guests stay at the campsite, a night surcharge applies, as well as tourist tax, of course.

What should we do when guests/day visitors come to stay?

't Wildryck has one disabled-friendly country house. It is located on the ground floor and equipped with an adapted kitchen, bathroom, high-low bed, etc. You can view this accommodation here.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and there is also a disabled toilet available.

Is 't Wildryck a fireworks-free holiday park?

Yes, Landgoed 't Wildryck is a fireworks-free park. This means that fireworks may not be set off in the park. However, ambient noise cannot be ruled out, as we unfortunately have no control over this.
